These terms govern your use of crypto-philippines.com, in English and Filipino, operated by the Crypto Philippines Editorial Team (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They are effective from 28 September 2026.

1. Information only

Crypto Philippines is an independent information website. We are not an exchange, broker, bank, e-money issuer, virtual asset service provider or financial adviser, and we do not hold, transfer or manage money or crypto for anyone. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset or service.

2. No financial, legal or tax advice

Our guides, rankings and scores are general information and editorial opinion. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and do not consider your personal circumstances. Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk; you can lose some or all of your money. Before making any decision, do your own research, check the platform’s licence status with the BSP and SEC, and consider speaking to a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

We work hard to keep information accurate and we date the figures we publish. However, fees, limits, licences, outlets and regulations change, sometimes without notice, and some data comes from third parties. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Always confirm current terms on the provider’s official website before you act. Our methodology explains how we gather and label data.

4. Third-party websites and partners

The site contains links to regulators, platforms and other third-party websites, some of which are partner links from which we may earn a commission. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, availability or privacy practices. Opening an account or trading with any platform is a matter between you and that platform, under its own terms. Some platforms we mention are not licensed in the Philippines, and we say so where they appear.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any third party linked from it, including trading losses, lost funds, frozen accounts or scams. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The text, tables, design, logo and original graphics on this site belong to Crypto Philippines unless stated otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source page. Please do not copy or republish whole pages, or use our content to train or build commercial products, without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it in a way that burdens our servers.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute relating to them or to the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
